Dirt 4 will not have a PSVR support at launch, possible addition later

One of the most legendary British game studios, Codemasters has recently revealed in their response to user comments on YouTube channel that their upcoming game Dirt 4 will offer no PSVR support at launch. It is notable as Codemasters tried their hands with PSVR with their last "DIrt" series game, Dirt Rally. PSVR iteration of Dirt Rally was quite impressive, though sales numbers are not available just yet.

Dirt 4 is getting released in June 2017 and Codemasters have made their PSVR status clear for launch. However, studio seems optimistic about supporting PSVR and have stated that they are looking at the idea of adding PSVR support,and they will consider it properly when game release is done. The statement from Codemasters reads:

DiRT 4 won’t be PS VR ready at launch, as until then we’re focusing on making the base game as best it can be. However, it’s definitely something we’re considering once that’s done. Don’t worry – we’ll keep you posted on any updates on that front!
