XBOX Live Users Experiencing Sign-in, Purchasing Issues

Xbox Live is experiencing issues with account sign-ins and purchase-related systems.

The Xbox Support website currently lists the limited availability of Xbox Live Core Services and Purchase and Content Usage, which affects Xbox One, Xbox 360, Xbox on Windows 10, and Xbox on other devices.

"Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content," the latest update reads.

The services affected for Xbox Live are the ability to sign in and buy downloadable items. Other services are operating normally, according to the Xbox Support site, however.

"We are aware that some users are experiencing difficulties signing in to some services. Engineers are working to fully resolve this as soon as possible," a Microsoft spokesperson told IGN in a statement.
